Kalanityam was founded by Smt. Selvi Pragasam, an avid proponent of Bharathanatyam. Smt. Selvi Pragasam and Smt. Lavanya Gopal teach Bharathanatyam with extensive theory.

Classes are offered for all age groups.

Over 200 students of Kalanityam are participating at this event This event. Come and witness the extremely talented students entice you with their spectacular performance. The event is also a fundraiser for InFUSE Educational Services, a 501C3 non-profit that supports and provides services/classes for neuro-diverse kids and adults. The admission to the event is FREE. You are most welcome to donate to the cause. Your donation amount will directly go for this cause that serves the community in the bay area. Recent Arangetram:

Kalanityam presented Aditi Kaushik in the characters of Mahabharatham on August 13th, 2023. Aditi is a senior student of Kalanityam and has been training under Guru Smt. Selvi Pragasam for over 10 years. She played many roles of the great Epic Mahabharatham. The dances were choreographed by Guru Selvi Pragasam accompanied by a very talented orchestra.
